Never thought I’d be this stoked about a dentists office, every aspect is so top tier I had to review. I’ve had cleanings, a dental implant and an urgent issue.
Quality of care: All procedures have been successful, fast, and comfortable. For a dental implant where there’s cutting, screwing into bone, and stitches I really appreciated how painless and comfortable it all was. The final tooth colour and shape match perfectly. The building is spotless and they even have a tv above with animals doing funny things to distract and relax you.
A few months ago my gums became extremely itchy all of a sudden, they saw me within a day and had a diagnosis and solution during the same visit.
Organization and communication: They send email + text reminders so you don't forget appointments, send paperwork directly to insurance, send in predetermination quickly. They're on the ball so I never have to follow up. The wait times are practically non existent, when it’s time for your appointment they are ready to see you.

New to the area and looking for a dentist to repair my broken tooth and was referred to Panorama Dental Care and Dr Brett Hawley. What a relief, walking away with such a positive experience and successful conclusion. The office is brand new with all updated equipment including mini mouth cameras to document what is, and with a shared discussion for solutions, and including ceiling monitors to keep you occupied in chair. The staff is #1, from the front desk to the Dental Assistant, all caring, considerate and competent. Dr. Hawley is tops! Very informative, relaxed and competent, he provided a repair of least intrusion, least pain and discomfort. Wow, what a relief walking away with a happy smile as a part of a new family. Thank you to Dr. Hawley and all staff and see you again.

I am so happy I found Panorama Dental. The office is bright, clean, friendly and comforting. I have been told by previous dentists that my teeth were awful and needed thousands of dollars worth of work. Dr.Saray has reassured me that was not the case and explained to me in clear detail as to why my teeth are actually quite decent! Her knowledge, personality and how easy going she was has me feeling so at ease. As someone who has previously disliked going to the dentist and had high anxiety about the experience throughout my entire life - I have found a dental office I would recommend to all and I am no longer anxious.

I had been having trouble going to the dentist. Cleanings were fine but couldn't do fillings due to a previous experience. Switched dentists, thinking it would be okay, within 9months from when I was at my original dentist to the new one I was told I had 9 cavities. This brought on the anxiety to the highest level. I tried to have them filled but couldn't do it. I then reverted to a hygienist (Smile Style by Stacia) that comes to my house to do mine (and my families) cleanings and she recommended Dr. Hawley. So thankful for this recommendation. I had a great experience the moment I walked in the door. Upon a very thorough review by Dr. Hawley and explanations that I understood, it was determined that I had 1 cavity that required attention and 1 broken tooth (which I was going to pull as I didn't want to go through fixing it) that he indicated he could repair without freezing. The day came for my appointment, they made me feel calm and were always checking to ensure I was doing okay. It was a great experience, I also think it's the nicest feeling filling I've had :)...I will be back for Dentist requirements, as well as my family and I will highly recommend Panorama Dental Care to anyone!
Dr. Hawley is fantastic. Excellent bedside manners, makes one feel at ease and makes every job seem simple. Pays attention and care to the patient's situation, and spends the extra bit of time to ensure all moisture is gone before the filling, minimal drilling for most conservative approach to longer-lasting natural teeth, layers multiple layers for maximum durability and spends the time to explain technical details to patients. He works like an experienced old-school pro, not employing rubber dam, clamps, bite blockers and 10 other tools in your mouth at the same time, nor stretching your lips and jaw to the point they crack - prioritising patient's comfort over his ease. My last 3 fillings with him have been without anesthesia, if that says anything about his soft touch. I have been to numerous dentists, and I would not leave Dr. Hawley for any other.

Dr. Saray was my dentist at a prior clinic, but when she moved practices I knew I would feel most comfortable working with her going forward. She is friendly, professional, and supportive, wherever you are in your dental journey. I needed a dentist who was calm and gentle when working as well as when addressing what issues were arising with my dental hygiene. I appreciate her demeanour and positive attitude so much- it has truly eliminated my anxiety about going to the dentist. As someone who neglected my dental hygiene for a long time, it is such an accomplishment to make me feel like there’s hope for the future of my teeth! The whole office is friendly, and the receptionist always ensures I have all the information I need for my insurance claims and upcoming appointments. Thanks for everything you do!

This is an excellent dental facility! It is very clean and modern, the equipment is state of the art and the staff are all very kind, helpful and friendly. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Saray as my dentist. She is so gentle and compassionate. She takes the time to share her knowledge and expertise and always provides me with lots of education about my teeth and dental health. She also treats my daughter and is awesome with young children. Jenna is also an excellent hygienist. She is gentle and thorough with her cleanings. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

A beautiful dental office with gorgeous light spilling into every office, super clean and odourless, ultra modern throughout and state of the art equipment. Both young dentists have raised the bar in skill and empathy. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Serving both children and adults, this clinic covers all bases and makes you feel good coming in and even better going out. No matter where you're driving from, it's worth the trip. Just do it!
Office is beautiful and clean, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, but what really sets them apart is their ability to put patients of all ages at ease. My 2 & 4 year old LOVED their visit with Dr. Saray and can’t wait to go back.

Panorama Dental Care is a dentist near you, were located just off of Highway 417 behind the Tanger Outlet mall in Kanata. We are located near Kinaxis, Cabela’s, Princess Auto and Scotia Bank Place.
